The Story of Twin Towers AHS
The twin-spired building opened on Sheikh Zayed Road in 2003 as the Shangri-La Hotel. AHS Properties is now converting it into AHS Twin Towers, a Grade A commercial office development.
The transformation draws on the fluid lines of desert dunes. A new façade of vertical fins honours the building's original character while giving the landmark a refined, contemporary expression, framing a grand new entrance at street level.
